- It is an online booking engine that helps you to search quickly through a large database of training providers, compare prices and book your training instantly.
- You can choose your specific training needs, courses, dates, times and combinations, just like you'd choose options for an airline ticket or a hotel.
- It saves time and money, gives you the best options available to suit your specific needs and allows you flexibility if you need to change or cancel your booked training.
- You get immediate attention when you're housed on a site that's specifically related to your business .
- Whether you're a big player, a mid range company or even a freelancer, you are part of a large but even playing field with room for every kind of training service.
- You have the opportunity to advertise yourself or your training products and services with greater visibility, impact and price benefit as compared to traditional advertising.
- Look at the search bar on the top of the page. It has a Categories menu to guide you or simply select the course of your choice from the drop down.
- The selected course will give you more than three training providers as options to compare for price, availability and course material. You can click on them for further details.
- Select the most suitable and add to your shopping cart and pay. You're done! Training will be delivered at your desired time and place.
- In your Order list, from your account as a customer, please select the course you wish to change and first cancel your old selection.
- Now, you have two choices. Rebook a fresh course to accommodate your change on Traincons or directly contact the training provider.
- If you simply want to cancel a booking without rescheduling a new one, feel free to do so.
- Register with Traincons by providing us with a few of the usual details like names, addresses, emails, company description etc. (See privacy policy and terms and conditions) This registration is free of cost!
- You will be assigned an account as a training company or individual. Follow the instructions on that digital form and upload your profile and training information, including videos or external sites and links.
- After a 72-hour approval process, you will be live on Traincons. Anyone who logs on and searches for the kind of training you offer, will see you pop up as an option on the site. Congratulations!
- Go to your Account and edit your details. Upload new information or edit old information. Within 72 hours, your approval will come through for the changes and you’ll be able to share your changed information live.
- If you wish to delete your account, please sign in and send an email to info@traincons.com with the Subject Delete My Account .We will proceed with deleting your account and inform you when it is done, via your registered email.
- Registration is free of cost.
- Uploading your course has a tiered pricing system - $10 per course for 1-10 courses. $8 per course for 11-30 courses and $7 per course for 31-50 courses. Above 50 courses have a special rate.
- Advertising your services or company on special banners on the site has a different rate. Please see the rate card attached.
- For every course booked and sold through Traincons, we charge a 10% flat commission fee.
