These terms and conditions, apply to all our services directly or indirectly, made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. We may amend them from time to time. By using our website or any of our applications and/or by completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to all the following terms and conditions. is a website that is wholly and solely owned and operated by Parlance Communications and Training FZ LLC. This site is for your personal and non-commercial use, and no part of this site can be reproduced or copied by any user for their own commercial purposes. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, copy, display, deep-link, use, monitor, download or reproduce any content or information, software, bookings, coupons, products or services available on for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.


"", "us", "we" or "our" means, a site owned by Parlance Communications and Training FZ LLC, which is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and having its registered address at, Fujairah- Creative Tower, PO Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

"Platform" means this website and/or app or mobile site on which any Service is made available by

"Service" means the online search and booking service, payment for any products and services made available by Suppliers on this Platform.

"Supplier" means the training provider i.e. Freelance, Consultancy, In-House, Public or Certified Training and/or related product, course or service made available for booking on this Platform.

“Customer” means the person or company who receives the Supplier’s training products, services and courses.

Scope of Service:

Through the Platform, we, i.e. Traincons and its owning company and/or affiliate partners, provide an online platform through which Suppliers can advertise their products and services for booking, and through which, Customers can make bookings on the Platform. By making a booking through you enter into a legal, binding and contractual relationship with the Supplier, and purchase a product, course or service. Once you make your booking, we act only as an intermediary between you and the Supplier. We send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Supplier.

The information that we provide is based solely on the information provided to us by Suppliers. As such, it is the Suppliers who are fully responsible for the quality and veracity of their information i.e. rates, availability, discounts and any other information which is displayed on our Platform. We will of course, monitor the Platform for quality of language, presentation and take prudent care to maintain the quality of our Platform but we cannot guarantee that all information provided by the Supplier is always accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors in this information. We are not responsible for inaccurate, misleading or untrue information by the Supplier. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or interruptions during breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform.


The prices on our Platform are highly competitive. They change as when Suppliers update them. The Platform takes no responsibility for any sudden change in price. The Platform itself also provides certain additional discounts or offers from time to time. Those are only applicable with certain terms and conditions as specified during the time period of the coupon or offer. Cancellation fees are applicable during the specified time period of each booking, depending on any additional information provided by the Supplier or the Platform or both. The crossed-out rate for certain products indicates a discount provided by the Supplier and not the Platform. The Supplier reserves the right to change that at any time and as such, the Platform is not responsible for the change. Generally, the Platform offers 3 windows of cancellation with graduated cancellation charges. 1) For cancellations made 30 days in advance of the service, there is no cancellation charge. 2) For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days in advance of the service, the cancellation charge is 5% of your booking amount. C) For cancellations made between 14 and 3 days in advance of the service, the cancellation charge is 10%. For any cancellation made less than 72 hours in advance of the service, there will be no refund and the entire amount will be charged. This is with the exception of a national or international disaster, force majeure, major political event that forces closure or standstill of regular services or a criminal activity. Our prices are computed and charged in US dollars. For the purpose of the UAE dirham, the conversion will be at a stable 3.67 rate as is usual, until the government announces a changed conversion figure. For all other countries, it goes by the prevailing USD rate. Do note that our Platform is usable free of charge. Registering as a Customer or a Supplier is also free of charge. We do not charge any fee for browsing, registering or sending us an inquiry. Suppliers pay the following fees: 1) Course upload fee depending on the number of courses uploaded. 2) Commission fee upon sale of each product. The Platform charges its Suppliers a separate tiered fee for advertising their own companies or products on our Platform. All advertising rates will be negotiated directly with the customer. Refunds will be issued under two circumstances: If the Training Company cancels the training and for cancellations made 30 days or more in advance. For any cancellation made less than 72 hours in advance of the service, there will be no refund and the entire amount will be charged.

Payment: offers Bank payments via Transfer to our Noor Bank Account. Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account to the account of the Platform or its affiliate. The payment to the Supplier will be transferred by Traincons as per the booking price paid by the Customer, and/or the agreement of the commission or percentage as agreed upon by and between the Supplier and the Platform. Traincons will not be liable or responsible for any wrong charge by the Supplier and the Customer cannot claim or reclaim any amount from the Platform. For this, they will need to contact the Supplier directly. In case of any credit card fraud or unauthorised use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies usually bear this risk. If such misuse has occurred during a purchase session on our Platform, we will pay you the deductible charged by your bank, up to the amount of USD 50 only. This can only be paid once we receive an email from you at, with the information that you have notified your credit card provider, and the credit card provider has given you information of charged deductible. Your email must contain the evidence from your credit card provider about the deductible charged by them, in the form of a company policy document or an email from your credit card provider. Please remember, this deductible up to USD 50 will only be paid by us to you, if the fault or negligence lies at our end and happens through no fault of your own while using our secure server.

Correspondence and communication:

By completing a booking, you agree to the following: 1) Receiving an email confirming your booking 2) Receiving any further information relevant to the booking or your selected Supplier. Traincons bears no liability or responsibility for any communication between Supplier and Customer on or through its platform. We simply connect Supplier to Customer on our Platform and cannot be held responsible for any manner of communication between them. However, you may report any form of abuse, as mentioned under the laws of the United Arab Emirates to We also do not guarantee that any request or communication will be received or read by, complied with or accepted by the Supplier. If you do not hear from the Supplier within a reasonable amount of time regarding any matter, such time exceeding one working week, you may write to and we will try and sort out the matter for you but do not offer any guarantee to do the same. In order to complete your booking, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong phone number or credit card number. Any claim or complaint against the Platform must be submitted within 30 days after the final scheduled service (e.g. the last date of the course booked). Any claim or complaint submitted after 30 days may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any compensation.

Top Rankings:

Traincons reviews all requests from Suppliers to be mentioned as Top Trainers, depending on their experience and qualifications. Although this is a paid advertised service, we reserve the right to reject a request to be featured as a Top Trainer. We hold our site in high standards and do not accept a request if our Platform deems such trainer unsuited for this ranking. In such case, we do not accept the payment for the same from the said Supplier. All acceptances or rejections are solely at the discretion of

Testimonials from Suppliers or Customers: strictly does not pay its suppliers or customers to speak well of their experience on our Platform or about each other. This is left entirely to the discretion of Suppliers and Customers.

Intellectual property rights:

The software required for our services and the intellectual property rights, including the copyrights, of the contents and information of and material on our Platform are owned by Traincons, its parent company Parlance Communications and Training FZ LLC., affiliates, suppliers or providers. Traincons exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to the Platform on which the service is made available and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, publish, utilize, combine promote, market, integrate or otherwise use the content or our brand without our express written permission. To the extent that you would use or combine our content you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to Traincons. Any unlawful use will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights and attract the full penalty of the law.


Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your booking as set out in the confirmation email. However, neither we nor any of our representatives or business partners shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages, any loss of production, profit, contract, or damage to goodwill or reputation, suffered by the Customer due to the inaccuracy of the Supplier. Nor are we responsible for any damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our Platform, or any injury, death, property damage, or damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to legal acts, errors, breaches, negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or attributable to the Supplier or any of our other business partners whose products or service are made available, offered or promoted on or through the Platform, including any cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control. By uploading photos/images onto our system, you explicitly and implicitly agree that you own the copyright to the photos/images and that you agree that Traincons may use these photos/images on its website and/or app, and in promotional materials and publications as we see fit. By uploading these photos/images the person uploading the pictures accepts full legal and moral responsibility of any and all legal claims that are made by any third parties due to Traincons publishing and using these photos/images. Traincons does not own or endorse the photos/images that are uploaded. The right to use of all photos/images is assumed by the person who uploaded the photos alone. The person who uploaded the photo warrants that the photos/images shall not contain any viruses and shall not contain any pornographic, illegal, obscene or inappropriate material and does not infringe any third party rights. Any photo/image that does not meet the above criteria will not be posted and/or can be removed/deleted by Traincons at any time and without prior notice.

Privacy and cookies:

Traincons follows the standard rules of privacy enforced within the UAE. We collect cookies only for the purposes of this site and not to distribute to any third party without your consent.

The online search and book service is made available by Traincons which is a branded Platform owned entirely by Parlance Communications and Training FZ LLC incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Our Trade Licence Number is 5523/2014. Traincons has its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates and is supported by its parent company, the aforementioned Parlance, an affiliate viz. United Future Technology Solutions FZ LLC (UFTS) incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and various other smaller affiliates throughout the world, who play an internal supporting role to Traincons. None of these supporting companies have any authority to enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of, with the exception of the parent company Parlance Communications and Training FZ LLC.  No Supplier or Customer has any contractual relationship with any entity except Traincons. Traincons is not domiciled in other location in the world except its offices in the United Arab Emirates.
